ZLA · WhatsApp messaging platform

WhatsApp notifications your customers actually get

Approved utility templates, PDF documents and one-time codes, sent from your portal or your own system — and a place to answer the replies when customers write back.

  • Meta Tech Provider
  • Official WhatsApp Cloud API
  • Arabic & English

Built for messages that have to arrive

Three kinds of business ZLA was built for. Most start with one message and add the rest later.

Clinics & labs

Tell patients their results are ready and give them a secure link that expires. The result itself never travels over WhatsApp — only the notice does.

“Your results are ready — view them securely.”

Retailers

Send the warranty certificate as a PDF the moment a sale closes, and keep customers posted on their orders and repairs without a phone call.

Marketing teams

Run campaigns to people who opted in to hear from you, paced within Meta's limits and your sending hours — and stopped the moment someone replies STOP.

Only contacts who said yes to offers

Everything around the message

Sending is the easy part. ZLA also handles the replies, the consent, the paperwork Meta asks for and the alerts when something goes wrong.

01

Send

Approved messages, from wherever your data lives.

  • Approved message templates

    Write a template, submit it for Meta's review and follow its approval from the portal. Name its variables once and give them defaults — fixed text, or a date like “seven days from today” — so your system only sends what changes.

  • PDF documents

    Attach a PDF — a warranty, an invoice, a receipt — to a template with a document header. One request uploads it to WhatsApp and sends it.

  • One-time login codes

    Send sign-in codes in WhatsApp's own authentication format. The code reaches your customer and is masked everywhere else — your message history and your request logs never show it.

  • Send API

    One HTTP request per message from your own system. Idempotency keys make retries safe — the same key never sends twice — and every call is logged so you can see exactly what arrived.

02

Talk

When customers write back, someone answers.

  • Inbox

    Every customer reply in one place, under the name the customer uses on WhatsApp. Answer in your own words while WhatsApp's 24-hour window is open — the time left is shown on each conversation — and play voice notes right in the thread.

  • ZLA Inbox for iPhone and Android

    The inbox, your recent sends and your usage, on your phone — for when the reply cannot wait until you are back at a desk.

    About the app
  • Arabic or English, your choice

    The whole portal and the ZLA Inbox app work in Arabic, right to left, or in English. Pick once and both remember it for your account.

03

Grow

Reach the people who asked to hear from you, and learn what they think.

  • Marketing campaigns

    Upload a list, choose an approved marketing template, and ZLA sends only to contacts who opted in to marketing. Sends go out between 09:00 and 21:00 your time, never more than a weekly cap per person, and within Meta's messaging limits. A campaign pauses itself if its template or number runs into trouble — and you can send from a dedicated marketing number to keep your notifications apart.

  • One-tap surveys

    Attach a short survey to a notification and it follows once the message is delivered. Customers answer with a tap; you read the results in the portal or export them as CSV.

  • Reports and usage

    Delivery, consent and cost reports, broken down the way you need them. Usage is counted on delivery, not on send — a message that never arrives is never billed.

04

Stay safe

Consent you can prove, and a warning before Meta's does.

  • Consent ledger

    A record of who opted in, how and when, with the wording they agreed to. STOP and START are understood in Arabic and English, and an opt-out is honoured on every send.

  • Consent QR codes

    Print a code for your counter. Scanning it opens WhatsApp with the consent sentence already written, and the message the customer sends is the proof. Change the wording later without reprinting a single sticker.

  • Expiring secure links

    Send a link to a document instead of the document itself. Every link expires after a set time, and every time it is opened is recorded.

  • Account health alerts

    An email when Meta pauses a template, its quality rating drops, or failed messages spike — the urgent ones at once, the rest in a daily digest.

05

Connect

Fits into the systems you already run.

  • Signed webhooks

    Replies, delivery statuses and opt-outs posted to your own system, signed so you can verify they came from us.

  • GoHighLevel

    Two-way conversation sync: WhatsApp messages appear in your GoHighLevel sub-account, and replies typed there go out over WhatsApp.

  • Public business page

    A page for your business with a generated WhatsApp privacy policy and an opt-in form, in English, Arabic or both — the public presence Meta expects to see before it approves you.

From sign-up to first message

Three steps, and we are with you for each of them.

  1. 1

    Connect your number

    Sign in through Meta's Embedded Signup and connect your WhatsApp Business number to ZLA. We register the number so it is ready to send.

  2. 2

    Get your templates approved

    Write your messages in the portal and submit them to Meta — utility templates for notifications, marketing templates for campaigns. You see each one's status as Meta reviews it.

  3. 3

    Start sending

    From the portal, from your own system through the API, or from GoHighLevel. Replies come back to the inbox.

Meta bills you directly for the WhatsApp messages you send. You add a payment method to your WhatsApp Business Account during setup, and we show you how.

For developers

One request per message

Your billing panel, shop system or lab software calls one endpoint. We queue the message, send it and tell you where it got to.

  • Safe retries. Send an idempotency key and the same message can never go out twice.
  • Every call logged. See each request your system made, and our answer, in the portal.
  • Send-only keys. A key that can send messages and do nothing else.
  • Signed webhooks back. Delivery, replies and opt-outs, pushed to you.
Example request
curl -X POST https://app.webocode.me/v1/send \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer <api key>" \
  -H "Idempotency-Key: visit-20931" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "to": "+970599000000",
    "template": "results_ready",
    "variables": { "patient_name": "Sara" }
  }'

# 200 OK
{ "ok": true, "status": "QUEUED", "template": "results_ready", … }
An illustrative example. The number, template and key are placeholders.
